How long does my order take to ship?

Turnstone Jewelry is a one woman operation: please allow 5-7 business days from time of purchase for your order to ship. Our default shipping method has recently changed and is now USPS Ground Advantage Mail with tracking & insurance for a flat rate of $6. USPS Ground Advantage Mail can take 3-5 business days to be delivered. Please email me at turnstonejewelry@gmail.com if your order is time sensitive: I will do my best to accommodate. Turnstone Jewelry cannot be held liable for any lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages. Please make sure to have your package sent somewhere safe and secure to avoid any problems.

Do you offer international shipping? 

International shipping is not offered at this point in time. Check back for future changes.

What is your return policy? 

All sales are final and non-refundable. Unless an item is received damaged, I currently do not have the capacity for returns. Please email me with any questions or concerns about size or fit, etc. before purchasing.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Our silver pieces are genuine 925 sterling silver. This is our metal of choice due to its high quality, durability, and ability to be cleaned & buffed to its original sheen. Sterling silver is more easily tarnished than fine silver, but much harder and makes for better wear. To clean and polish your sterling silver jewelry, we recommend gently rubbing it with a jewelry polishing cloth until the tarnish is removed and it returns to its original sheen. Our gemstones are high grade and should only be cleaned with warm water, mild detergent, & a soft bush (ex. toothbrush). Avoiding water and chemicals such as perfumes, cleaning solutions, sunscreen, etc. can help keep your metal jewelry from tarnishing and your gemstones from losing their luster.

Do you repair damaged items?

Jewelry is delicate, especially beaded & wire wrapped pieces. Our one of a kind handmade pieces are made with high quality materials and made to last. However, I understand that accidents happen, necklaces snag, children grab earrings, etc. In the case that a piece of our jewelry were to become damaged and you wish to repair it, please email me at turnstonejewelry@gmail.com and we can arrange the most desirable solution.
